Australian Geographic Society Turtle Race

In November 2008 members of the Sea Turtle Foundation and Queensland Parks and Wildlife research team travelled to Raine Island off the far north coast of QLD. Their mission: to place telemetry tags on four green turtles to allow scientists to uncover their mysterious migration through the northern waters of Australia and beyond.
